Purpose Of The Position

The Supply Chain Analyst for Mexico is responsible for handling all activities related to supply chain management, including transport coordination, inventory management, intercompany purchases planning, and oversight of international trade. Additionally, it is required to update and analyze data from these activities in the system to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Objectives

  • Guarantee the product supply for Mexico to the different levels of the supply chain, distribution centers, distributors, andin some cases end customers according to the forecast plan.
  • Analyze demand planning and implement techniques and tools to enhance inventory turnover rates.
  • Strengthen supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply chain operations, ensuring favorable operations and resolving issues that may arise promptly.
  • Keep informed finance team about potential risk and expenses incurred monthly by SCM.
  • Ensure the commercial team is informed about inventories available and transportation status (freight in & freight out).
  • Work closely with quality to ensure the product is send to the distribution network in optimal conditions

Skills

Tech nical:
  • Relevant Excel experience
  • SAP ECC SD
  • English conversational
  • SAD MM and PP (desirable)
  • SAP analytics Cloud (desirable)
  • Knowledge in inventory management Financial understanding is a plus.
