Business Intelligence Analyst, GTM Reporting & Insights

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce actionable insights for various business stakeholders
  • Respond to data analysis and requests from field teams, collaborating to prioritize needs and requests weekly
  • Translate complex data sets into actionable insights using analytical tools such as Tableau, Excel, Python, R, MySQL, etc.
  • Lead end-to-end problem-solving efforts and act as a subject-matter expert in go-to-market operations
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion with high quality and impact, ensuring analytics drive business results
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience with Tableau and SQL, adept at data manipulation/transformation
  • Experience in sales operations, CRM systems, or sales planning processes is beneficial
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, adhere to strict SLAs, and effectively communicate with a global audience
  • Degree from a leading university with a focus on quantitative or systems disciplines

The GTM Planning & Insights team is integral in overseeing the operational rhythm of our global go-to-market field teams, encompassing various essential aspects such as territory planning, quota establishment, pipeline and capacity health, and customer journey analytics. The Qualtrics Hybrid Work Model

Our hybrid work model is straightforward: we gather in the office three days a week (Mondays, Thursdays, plus one day chosen by team leaders) for productive in-person collaboration. This office setup is designed to facilitate optimal work and encourage collaboration and innovation. The remaining days of the week offer flexibility to work remotely, promoting work-life integration.
