The Opportunity:

The Accounting Analyst accesses and investigates open balances for the warehouse on a timely basis while also reconciling adjustments, rebills and processes chargebacks as needed.

Your Impact:

As an Accounting Analyst your functions would consist of

  • Support of Accounts Receivable Tasks
  • Timely and Accurate follow up on open balances in the Dispute Management system within the SLA
  • Timely and Accurate reconciliation of Account Receivable adjustments
  • Research, Troubleshoot, and Rebill balances
  • Timely communication with account owners to validate pricing
  • Manage Customer responses, ensuring all critical inputs are gathered from customers regarding open balances (Executing Actions, Providing Consultation)
  • Manage rebill activity for non-national accounts and communicate tracker to all market locations to ensure actions are taken
  • Research balances in system and validate appropriate steps forward
  • Provide Field Location Leaders with ad-hoc support as needed, and periodic updates on process improvement opportunities

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Control/Operations

Experience

  • Fluent in English
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively
  • Experience with data
  • Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Strong passion for customer service
  • Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers
  • Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
