Objetivo del Puesto:

Responsable de realizar la ejecución de actividades experimentales, recolecta datos críticos de

parámetros y/o salidas de los diferentes procesos durante el desarrollo y/o mejora de procesos e introducción de

nuevos productos relacionados con nuevas tecnologías y encargado de documentar los parámetros críticos del proceso, manejar lotes problema, la ejecución

de experimentos relativos a mejorar la Productividad, Calidad y reducción de costos.

Funciones y Responsabilidades:

1.- Realizar calibraciones de equipo, Setup, ajustes y reparaciones de fallas menores cuando sea necesario.

2.- Realizar mediciones e inspecciones visuales de acuerdo a requerimientos de STR.

3.- Crear y/o modificar programas para mediciones automáticas en sistemas como OGP, NIKON, etc.

4.- Documenta procedimientos de trabajo, Participa en los equipos de mejora de Calidad, costo & productividad.

5.- Colabora con los equipos de trabajo de respuesta a quejas de cliente y Colecta datos referentes a la Introducción

de Nuevos productos.

Perfil Mínimo Requerido:

Escolaridad: Preparatoria concluida. Deseable Carrera Técnica en Electrónica, Mecánica, Mantenimiento

Industrial, o Carrera trunca en Ingeniería Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Mecánica, Mecatronica, Cibernetica, Industrial, Quimica.

Idiomas: Deseable Ingles básico (No necesario).

Disponibilidad para viajar: N/A

Experiencia: Previa experiencia en Operacion de equipos electrónicos de manufactura.

Competencias Técnicas:

A) Manejo de equipo de medición análogo/digital

B) Interpretación de planos eléctricos y mecánicos

C) Interpretación de diagramas electrónicos.

D) Reporte y manejo de datos en Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

E) Manejo de equipo de las operaciones Sawing, Back grinding, Laser Dicing, Laser Groove y T&R. (Deseable).
