YOUR ROLE
  • Develops tests and reports on formulations.
  • Executes lab testing and generates test data and documentation.
  • Ensures SHE and compliance.
  • Communicates with various internal functions.
  • Follows up on non-conformities and change controls.
  • Monitors quality incidents and quality management systems.
  • Participates in audits.


YOUR SKILLS
  • Industrial Engineer or similar, with experience in the chemical/cosmetic industry.
  • Quality specialty
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Intermediate level English
  • SAP, Excel Intermediate-Advanced, Minitab (desirable)
  • Experience in executing and receiving internal and external audits.
  • Problem solving methodologies (5W2H, 8D, 5 whys)
  • Root cause analysis
  • Knowledge of management systems
