Operations Manager

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Maintains manufacturing operations Areas in terms of production, deliveries, quality, manning & maintenance.
• Manufacturing costs, etc.
• Meets production and quality control standards + delivery dates and prevent operational delays.
• Provides guidance to the new manufacturing programs, including personnel requirements, material needs, and tooling and equipment needs.
• Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinates manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization
• Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational, manufacturing, quality, engineering and maintenance problems to ensure minimum impacts.
• Determines responsibilities of staff positions to accomplish business objectives.
  
  

Your Skills & Strengths:

• Engineering Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years' experience in similar position.
• Knowledge of automotive industry. (Tier 1 is a plus).
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
• Communication skills.
• Leadership.
