Objective of job:

  • Cooperate in implementing sales strategies in order to achieve and expand sales, turnover and earnings goals; advise and support the customer in the national/international environment, in order to increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Principle activities:

  • Develop cost evaluations (e.g. calculate part/investment costs, create bid prices, create revision documentation, determine material types and quantities, production minutes, etc.) & Elaboration of monthly

plausibility, feedback reports (for example. Product report, TC/TP, CDTL, etc.).

  • Build up and intensify customer relationships (e.g. at customer meetings and functions, trade fairs, marketing
  • events, road shows, etc.)
  • Calculate and negotiate bids as required (e.g. prototypes, sample parts, special shipments, etc.)
  • Calculation of acquisitions for upcoming projects
  • Engineering change management calculation, price development and tracking
  • Business growth with a focus on increasing profitability
  • Elaboration of Cost Break Down, cost comparisons and benchmarks
  • Contribution In defining negotiation strategies and cost/price Improvements
  • Collaboration with both specialists in Mexico and German HQ
  • Product Leadership: coordinate continuous improvement process in all processes and for all products; lead the internal request for Information from Design, Development, Production, Logistics, Procurement.

  • Active participation in all company activities and programs (Quality, Ideas for improvement, Training, Human Resources, Security, Hygiene and Environment, etc.) which apply according to the proper activities of the position.

Job requirements:

  • Engineering or Business Degree
  • Experience 1-2 years
  • English Advanced Level
