responsabilidades
Como FINANCE MANAGER CONTROLLER tu responsabilidad principal será ser el enlace informativo con Headquarters mediante el reporteo de información y mantener el status financiero en orden.
Las principales responsabilidades son:
- Contabilizar facturas de mercancías entrantes en EUR.
- Registrar transacciones bancarias; preparar conciliaciones bancarias.
- Centrarse en transacciones que involucran diferentes monedas y ganancias/pérdidas en el tipo de cambio,
- Mantener y conciliar las cuentas del balance.
- Preparar informes financieros mensuales y estados de cuenta para la sede central.
- Cierre y presentación de estados financieros y declaraciones de impuestos.
- Participar en llamadas de actualización mensuales con HQ
- Preparación de presupuesto, pronóstico e informe en estrecha colaboración con el Director General
- Apoyar los preparativos de auditoría interna y externa.
- Coordinación y supervisión de operaciones de RR.HH. (manejo del registro de nómina), manejo contable fiscal (IMSS, PTU, cálculos).
- Supervisar la implementación completa del nuevo sistema ERP (SAP B1).
- Gestión de almacén.
