Your Mission: As our Process Engineer, based in Mexicali and reporting to the Staff Process Engineer, your role will apply scientific/ technical knowledge in the design, development and implementation of engineering models, tools and/or processes. Responsible for planning and directing engineering programs/projects, setting priorities, and allocating resources, and making necessary decisions on day-to-day operating matters. This role is responsible for cross-discipline activities and cannot be assigned to a specific engineering specialty.
Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:
- Learns to use basic scientific or engineering concepts within a designated functional area.
- Develops knowledge in processes and procedures specific to job function, e.g. process/ equipment qualification and development PCR, FMEA, DOE, SPC, runcards, EPR, Tool Lockdown, PV system design and construction.
- Ability to perform assignments under regular supervision.
- Seeks guidance, as necessary, from more experienced personnel. Creative Thinking and Innovation:
- Applies well-understood solutions and technologies to solve problems within project scope and constraints.
