Job Description

As a Solution Sales Manager at ServiceNow, you'll be responsible for driving the market success of our [specific product line] offerings. These products, built on our leading Service Management platform, provide a centralized source of information that enables seamless execution of enterprise processes.

What You'll Be Doing in This Role:

  • Support the development of territory strategy and planning to enhance vertical alignment, target specific use cases, and execute effectively
  • Provide insights to Account Executives during account planning, based on territory strategy and recommendations
  • Ensure that territory strategy and account planning align with the Now Value principles
  • Assist customers in envisioning the benefits of digital transformation and contribute to strategy development by collaborating with the account team, customers, and partners
  • Coordinate with Solution Consultants and Specialist Solution Consultants on Capability Roadmap for feedback and alignment based on the engagement model
  • Coach Account Executives, Account Development Representatives, and Account Customer Engineers with foundational knowledge in specialized solution areas to identify opportunities and navigate the sales process
  • Adapt the distribution of responsibilities according to the needs of the territory and account team, and celebrate achievements
  • Promote diversity and inclusivity to create an open and welcoming environment
Requirements

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:

  • Residency in the designated territory is a must
  • Years of expertise in understanding the return on investment for specialized solution areas to drive solution success
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role
  • Knowledge of business sales processes
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Travel required: 30-50%
