Job Description

En Danfoss Mexico estamos en busqueda de nuevos colaboradores, en el rol de Tecnico en Mantenimiento para nuestra planta en Apodaca.

El técnico de mantenimiento desempeñará un papel crucial al llevar a cabo tareas correctivas y de mantenimiento preventivo en las áreas de producción. Reportará directamente al ingeniero de mantenimiento y trabajará en un ciclo de tres turnos.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Identificar, solucionar y reparar problemas eléctricos, mecánicos, hidráulicos y neumáticos en el equipo de producción. • Poseer conocimientos de los principios y métodos utilizados en la instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de sistemas y componentes eléctricos, como cableado, interruptores, iluminación, transformadores, tableros de distribución y centros de control de motores para solucionar problemas en sistemas y componentes eléctricos, asegurando un funcionamiento seguro y el cumplimiento de estándares eléctricos. • Disposición para trabajar en entornos desafiantes como espacios confinados, alturas, polvo y exposición a productos químicos. • Conocimiento y aplicación de procedimientos y normativas de seguridad, como Lock out -tag out, trabajo en alturas, prevención de caídas, control de energía peligrosa, protección contra incendios, seguridad eléctrica, manejo de montacargas, espacios confinados y equipo de protección personal (EPP). • Familiaridad con las normas aplicables y capacidad para utilizar de manera segura una amplia gama de equipos de prueba, incluyendo osciloscopios, trazadores de circuitos y herramientas de prueba de cables Cat 5-6, así como diversas herramientas manuales. • Lectura e interpretación de manuales de equipos, esquemas mecánicos y eléctricos, y otras especificaciones para determinar métodos de reparación de componentes defectuosos. • Sustituir o reparar componentes defectuosos utilizando herramientas manuales, calibradores y equipos de prueba. • Montaje e instalación de equipos eléctricos, de fontanería, mecánicos e hidráulicos utilizando herramientas manuales o eléctricas. • Capacidad para leer, interpretar y seguir instrucciones de trabajo, procedimientos operativos normalizados, planos, diagramas, planos de ingeniería, especificaciones, listas de materiales y otras instrucciones o procedimientos escritos para ensamblar con precisión equipos y productos. • Instalación y manejo de herramientas de trabajo del metal como taladros, amoladoras, soldadoras, fresadoras, tornos, etc., para fabricar y reparar piezas. • Competencia en el uso de PC con Win7, Win8, Win10, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word y Outlook). • Habilidad para trabajar de manera segura en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido. • Familiaridad con sistemas eléctricos de 480 VCA trifásica y teoría de circuitos de control (CC y CA). • Habilidades interpersonales excelentes y capacidad para comunicarse eficientemente con todos los niveles de la organización, tanto de manera escrita como verbal.Background & Skills
