The Retail Associate is responsible for carrying out part of KidZania's administration of the points of sale to maintain standardization in optimal conditions for each Facility.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and coordinates the updating of recipes (portions, costs, sales prices and presentations) and their application in the facilities
  • Create and update operation manuals, service courses, planograms, train and supervise their application
  • Supervises the correct operation of food and beverage points of sale in the facilities.
  • Conducts training and offers feedback to collaborators, to improve the operation
  • Search for products and suppliers
  • Create new sales product proposals
  • Supports in benchmarking
  • Participate in training of different purpose partners
  • Maintains relations with commercial and procurement departments
  • Applies operational internal audits at the facilities' points of sale
  • Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant Administration, gastronomy or related
  • 2 years of experience in Restaurant, hotels or cinemas
  • Inventory management
  • Food handling control
  • Recipe creation and cost management
  • Kitchen equipment management
  • Knowledge in Distintivo H and NOM 251
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel, power point and word
  • Intermediate Level of English
