What do you get to do in this position?

In this role, you will be responsible to support the business with a strategic focus; understanding and creating a vision for talent strategy in the business, including leading the development of a strategic workforce plan, identifying talent issues before they impact the business and supporting organizational structure changes based on strategic objectives.

This position facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues. Resolves employee relations issues through a systematic approach. Assists senior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development. Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning, and organizational change).

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying critical HR metrics.
  • Adjusting HR strategies to respond to changing business needs.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
  • Fosters the highest level of commitment among our people through transparent communication about business challenges, successes and results.
  • Takes personal responsibility for making tough decisions, meeting commitments and ensuring expected results are achieved.

Qualifications

This job might be for you if:

  • Minimum of bachelors degree in a scientific discipline or HR related discipline; advanced degree such as MBA, or Masters in Organization Development or Human Resources is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting, business management, human resources, organizational development or change management experience.
  • Must have experience working with senior executives, technical leaders, and staff.
  • Business acumen & Business Partnering.
  • Demonstrates a strong preference and ability for quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and be comfortable with a variety of technology, systems and data.
