Creación y análisis de plan de producción con un enfoque a mantener los métricos de Eficiencia, productividad y adherencia a plan así como el control en los niveles de inventarios de producto terminado asignados por cada uno de los Value streams que maneje, contemplado disponibilidad de materias primas y equipos instalados para su ejecución, directamente responsable de los métricos de planeación. Punto de comunicación entre maketing, ventas y el planeador maestro para el ajuste de la demanda en sistema

Creation and analysis for production plan with focus in the compliance of metrics as Efficiency, productivity and plan attainment as well as the level of finish good inventory level determine by the applicable value stream considering raw material availability and the capacity installed to the plan execution, directly responsible of the Planning metrics. Princapl point of contact with marketing, sales and master scheduler to adjust the demand in system.

Tareas y Responsabilidades Esenciales:

  • Trabajar con los supervisores/lideres de producción para asegurar la entrega oportuna de las piezas cumplir con el plan de producción. Work with the production supervisors/leaders to ensure timely delivery of parts in an effort to meet the master plan.

  • Monitoree los niveles de inventario de las partes asignadas con un esfuerzo continuo para cumplir los objetivos de inventario. Monitor inventory levels of assigned parts with a continual effort to meet inventory goals.

  • Punto principal de contacto para comunicar los cambios en le plan de produccion al planeador maestro, marketing y ventas, así como evaluar el impacto y desarrollar con el value stream las acciones para mitigar los problemas en piso de produccion relacionados al plan. Principal point of contact to communicate production plan changes to the master scheduler, Marketing or sales and evaluate the impact as well as develop with the value stream actions to mitigate the issue in production floor related to production plan.

  • Responsable del cumplimiento de los métricos de produccion como atención al plan, niveles de inventario de producto terminado y ordenes vencidas, su función será la de asegurar que los métricos se den en tiempo y proporcionar planes de mejora para cada uno de ellos. / Responsible to achieve the goals for production metrics as plant attainment, inventory levels for finish good and backorder, responsible to ensure the metrics compliance and provide improvement plans for each one.

  • Supports the generation of the planned requirements utilizing the demand signal, on-hand inventory and inventory targets that deliver a comprehensive network supply plan across the supply chain organization, to meet all financial requirements, operational capabilities/capacities, and wholesalers service objectives for assigned Business Unit./ Apoya la generación de los requisitos planificados utilizando la señal de demanda, el inventario disponible y los objetivos de inventario que brindan un plan integral de suministro de red en toda la organización de la cadena de suministro, para cumplir con todos los requisitos financieros, las capacidades/capacidades operativas y los objetivos de servicio de los mayoristas para los asignados.   • Recommends changes to the network supply plan when deemed necessary over the planning horizon.   • Communicates and interacts with demand planners, customer management, production planning, sales, and finance to provide replenishment plans and exception-based reporting for assigned BU.   • Support and or drives continuous improvement efforts to improve performance on all key metrics, including service targets and network inventory levels / Apoya o impulsa los esfuerzos de mejora continua para mejorar el rendimiento en todas las métricas clave, incluidos los objetivos de servicio y los niveles de inventario de la red.

De 4 a 6 años de experiencia laboral en una planta de fabricación de alto volumen progresivo con mayor énfasis en compras y planificación, dominio de administración de inventario. Three to five years of work-related experience in a progressive high volume manufacturing facility with stronger emphasis on purchasing and planning, Inventory management proficiency.
