Job Responsibilities:

  • This position supervises a team of support and/or production level of hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.
  • The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives.
  • Monitors cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.
  • Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives.
  • Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing.
  • Performs role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field
  • 5 years as Team Leader or similar position
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

Knowledge in:

  • Experience Leading Projects
  • Personnel management
  • Intermediate knowledge in SAP
  • Ability to develop recovery plans, result oriented and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to provide direction of technical and complex issues to support personnel
  • Production plan follow up and execution
  • English (Intermediate)
  • Available to work in 1st or 2nd shift.
  • Office 360
