You will collaborate with a team of talented professionals including copywriters, filmmakers, producers, animators, and designers with a great sense of humor.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a significant role in a variety of collaborative campaign projects, working on brand identity, social campaigns, interactive reports, and more.
  • Create engaging creative assets that resonate with our audience and bring a fresh perspective to our visual style.
  • Lead smaller campaign initiatives independently, presenting to senior team members and stakeholders with confidence.
  • Translate complex briefs into innovative and impactful campaign concepts.
  • Promote collaboration and diversity, striving to strengthen global inclusion practices.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in design or art direction, ideally in creative marketing or advertising.
  • Strong grasp of design principles, typography, layout, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated concepting skills, staying updated on industry trends and leading campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across different disciplines.
  • Experience presenting to stakeholders, defending design choices, and integrating feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Adobe CC.

Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, attention to detail, and diverse experience.
