LMS Administration:
Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and communications platform (YOOBIC), including user accounts, permissions, and content management.* Ensure the LMS and YOOBIC are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with industry best practices. Provide technical support and training to users, including troubleshooting issues such as login problems, navigation, and access to training materials. Develop and deliver training programs for system users, administrators, and other stakeholders. Act as a primary point of contact for system-related inquiries. Content Management:
Manage the creation, organization, and maintenance of content within the LMS and communications platform.* Collaborate with instructional designer, content creators, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless integration of courses and materials. Implement version control and archival processes for learning content. Upload, test, and update content in multiple formats. Reporting:
Utilize data analytics tools to gather and analyze usage data such as learner performance, training effectiveness, communications views and other relevant metrics. Generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators and provide insights and recommendations to optimize training programs and enhance the effectiveness of learning and communication initiatives.* Compliance and Security:
Ensure that the LMS and communication platform comply with relevant regulations and security standards, including data privacy and confidentiality. Integration and Upgrades:
Collaborate with IT and business partners to integrate the LMS and communications platform with other systems and business intelligence tools, ensuring seamless data flow.* Stay informed about LMS and communications platform updates and upgrades, evaluating their relevance to the organization and implementing them as needed. Work collaboratively with internal teams to implement enhancements, updates, and new features. Years and Type of Experience Required:
3-5 years of systems experience Preferred LMS & YOOBIC experience 2 years of experience in LMS administration and data analysis, in a corporate environment. Experience with IT technology projects including system integrations, API usage and technical troubleshooting abilities. Experience working with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate and/or familiarity with SCORM. Experience with YOOBIC is preferred. Relevant certifications in LMS administration are a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights. Strong understanding of learning and development principles and best practices. FULL TIME/PART TIME
