Are you ready to power positive change?

Your Mission: As our Sustaining Engineer, based in Mexicali and reporting to the Sustaining Manager, your role will apply scientific/ technical knowledge in the design, development and implementation of engineering models, tools and/or processes. Responsible for planning and directing engineering programs/projects, setting priorities, and allocating resources, and making necessary decisions on day-to-day operating matters. This role is responsible for cross-discipline activities and cannot be assigned to a specific engineering specialty.

  • Learns to use basic scientific or engineering concepts within a designated functional area.
  • Develops knowledge in processes and procedures specific to job function, e.g. process/ equipment qualification and development PCR, FMEA, DOE, SPC, runcards, EPR, Tool Lockdown, PV system design and construction.
  • Ability to perform assignments under regular supervision.
  • Seeks guidance, as necessary, from more experienced personnel. Creative Thinking and Innovation:
  • Applies well-understood solutions and technologies to solve problems within project scope and constraints.

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering and 0+ years of related experience
  • OR equivalent combination of education and rears of related experience.
  • PLC Knowledge
  • Automated Equipment Maintenance Experience
