Overview

The Commercial Manager is responsible for the company's sales. They are in charge of executing the leadership program for Entrepreneurs and the attraction, retention, and development plan for Entrepreneurs. This Manager reports to the Commercial Subdirectorate.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies for growing the base of Entrepreneurs, ensuring their retention, and achieving company sales according to the established annual plan.
  • Meet short, medium, and long-term growth objectives, including continuous execution of competitive analysis, market tactical planning, and management of the company's reward programs.
  • Coordinate and carry out all recruitment and sales presentations to effectively grow both regions, the base of Entrepreneurs, and sales volume.
  • Work as part of the Management team.
  • Assist in designing the online training plan and improvements to compensation, programs, and promotions of the company to enhance Entrepreneur performance.
  • Conduct training for product development, business opportunities, and leadership.
  • Plan, reward, and motivate Entrepreneurs, as well as the commercial team.
  • Address field issues and concerns and assist in conflict resolution with corporate offices.
  • Design, organize, and lead both virtual and in-person events for the organization.
  • Achieve projected and reasonable sales and recruitment objectives based on those anticipated and agreed with the company.
  • Ensure expenses are in line with the approved budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the MLM industry.
  • Goal setting and achievement; ability to analyze and synthesize information, plan necessary activities and actions, both for oneself and for other team members, focused on goal achievement.
  • Development of annual work plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and motivating.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and other business reports, including key performance indicators in the back office, control panel, and mobile applications of the company.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from Entrepreneurs and customers.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate complex concepts in person, over the phone, via video calls, social media platforms, and persuade others to make decisions.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and equipping skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, CRM.
  • Must effectively present information to top management and large public groups.
  • Must be able to resolve conflicts among other members of the organization and have strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Teamwork.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish.
