- Supervisa las operaciones de efectivo diarias: actualiza los saldos bancarios diarios desde los sistemas/informes bancarios, ingresa las transferencias bancarias y monitorea los saldos para definir la posición de efectivo para financiamiento y/o inversiones.
- Coordina actividades bancarias, entradas de comisiones bancarias, FX, pagos gubernamentales, Ganancia de Intereses, Inversiones.
- Ayuda en investigaciones electrónicas para conciliaciones de cuentas bancarias corporativas.
- Realiza investigaciones a nivel mundial para informes de efectivo, exceso de efectivo, ingresos por intereses y gastos.
- Interactúa con los departamentos para asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de tesorería de la empresa.
- Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Conciliación Bancaria/Contabilidad General para cerrar las partidas abiertas de manera oportuna.
- Proporciona la documentación requerida y mantiene los documentos fuente apropiados y otros documentos relacionados en espera para auditoría.
- Experiencia en plataforma bancaria, entrada de pagos, extractos bancarios, aprobación de pagos, etc.
