The Catalyst Team is seeking a Change Manager to join our full-time team as a full-time employee.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years working on complex programs requiring change management, communications and/or training expertise.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise and preferably Indirect Channel Sales.
• Experience in delivering change management programs for Sales based organizations.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Change Management or Business Management.
• A highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional.
• Handles ambiguity in their stride and can be flexible in their approach.
• An amazing communicator, who has presence and impact and can simplify messaging/incorporate storytelling.
• Proven track record of managing change initiatives or a significant portion of an initiative, as part of a team or independently.
• Grounded in change management principles, methodologies, tools, and innovative and cutting-edge best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Leading complex change programs or managing significant parts of larger change programs in our Go To Market portfolio.
• Leading and conducting comprehensive impact analyses to establish the complexity of the change.
• Creating and executing the enablement strategy and plan, including training and communications.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end technology enablement strategy.
• Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to the change management strategy & methodology.
• Building and maintaining relationships with project teams and business partners across the company.
• Developing executive presentations and identifying risks and issues relating to the change management work.
