Estamos buscando un Gerente de Logística de la Cadena de Suministro para unirse a nuestro equipo en Toluca CY.
Lo que puede esperar como Gerente de Logística de la Cadena de Suministro:
Supervisar la comunicación efectiva y constante con los clientes: Supervisión de manera diaria de la comunicación que se tiene con cliente interno/externo a fin de detectar posibles desviaciones en el proceso. Supervisar la correcta planeación de materiales y la elaboración del plan de producción: Verificar que se emitan en tiempo y forma los releases a proveedores, así como que la planeación de producción sea realizada con base en el MF50 y los requerimientos de los clientes. Asegurar cero paros de línea a clientes internos por falta de material en tiempo: Supervisar y dar seguimiento a causas que originan falta de materiales. Elaboración y análisis de los diferentes KPI ́s requeridos del área de materiales. Control de inventarios: Coordinar el inventario anual y los inventarios cíclicos para asegurar la confiabilidad requerida (98%) Supervisar el seguimiento al programa de producción: Supervisar junto con los planeadores de producción el seguimiento al programa y el establecimiento de las prioridades para el mismo. Establecer acciones para asegurar un 100% de satisfacción al cliente: Supervisar y revisar con el customer service el score card que se tiene de clientes. Supervisar que las operaciones de comercio exterior y tráfico sean realizadas acorde a proceso: Supervisar con el analista de tráfico que se realicen de forma correcta y acorde a normativa, los procesos de comercio exterior que se requieran en planta. Responsable de la administración del almacén: Coordinar la logística y checar periódicamente las transacciones de los Almacenes, así como todas las actividades de éste. Seguridad de la Planta: Asegurar la seguridad del personal a su cargo a través del correcto seguimiento de los procedimientos, políticas y normas de seguridad establecidas, principalmente en el manejo de montacargas y cuidado de peatones.Su perfil como Gerente de Logística de la Cadena de Suministro:
Escolaridad Mínima: Ingeniería y/o Licenciatura en áreas relacionadas. Experiencia demostrable como gerente de materiales. Experiencia en envíos y recepciones marítimo, aéreo y terrestre. Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de cadena de suministro e inventarios. Conocimientos sobre previsiones y presupuestos. Conocimiento práctico de SAP MM. Dominio de MS Office.
