MMC is looking for a candidate to join their team at Mexico Paseo de la Reforma office for the position of Performance Tester (Micro Focus LRE). The role requires onsite presence 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Work autonomously and within a team for optimal outcomes
  • Translate regression scenarios into performance test scripts
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Adapt quickly to changing business dynamics
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies through research and training

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Performance Tester using Micro Focus Load Runner Enterprise (LRE)
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in load testing Enterprise level applications such as Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Design and develop performance test plans and cases based on project requirements
  • Execution of performance tests and analysis of results to identify bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance testing into the software development lifecycle
  • Provide regular updates on performance testing progress
