Leaving our local marketing teams to deliver on our regional goals in partnership with our Sales teams.

About the role

Be our next Consumer Engagement Strategist for our Hygiene Business Unit

Dive into digital as Reckitt's next Media / Digital Manager, where your innovative strategies will propel our brands to new heights. Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

- Digital activation based on audience strat + cons. journet insights

- Gather insights from media activations to drive comms strategy

- Support Central America ́s Team


The experience we're looking for

-5-6 years of experience in media (working with agencies), and ecommerce

- Advanced English

- Knowledge and experience working with e-retailers as Amazon, MeLi & Walmart
- History of delivering successful global marketing strategies and measurable growth.

- Insightful understanding of consumer behaviours and ability to anticipate market shifts.

- Keen on fostering teamwork, delivering presentations, and driving creative solutions.

- Proficiency with performance analysis, eCommerce, social media engagement, and P & L management within the FMCG or Consumer Health sectors.

- Exceptional negotiation skills and a knack for forging strong collaborative partnerships.
