We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Trainer

Preferred experience:

? Proven experience in quality assurance/ training or a related role.

? Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.

? Excellent communication skills to convey quality expectations and findings. (English

and Spanish)

? Proficient in using quality assurance tools and methodologies.

? Experience using CRM and other productivity tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales

Navigator, Google Apps)

? Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

? Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

· Conduct thorough analysis of products, processes, and systems to ensure

adherence to quality standards.

? Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to enhance overall

product/service quality.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality assurance

processes throughout the process lifecycle.

? Monitor and report quality performance metrics, providing insights and

recommendations for continuous improvement.

? Perform root cause analysis for identified issues, contributing to corrective and

preventive actions.

? Provide process / refresher training to SDRs where required

? Participate in quality calibration sessions with internal and external stakeholders
