Responsibilities
Realizar operaciones en base y campo.
Ademas, ayuda a generar negocio para aumentar los ingresos a traves de las ventas de productos y servicios de Weatherford.
Responsabilidades y deberes:
Liderar equipo de ingenieros de campo de DD. Coordinar las asignaciones de trabajo de los ingenieros de campo para lograr la maxima cobertura y eficiencia del trabajo. Supervisar el desempeno laboral de los ingenieros de campo y corregir cualquier deficiencia segun sea necesario. Evaluar los datos e informes de DD recolectados en el campo diariamente y distribuirlos segun sea necesario. Revisar y garantizar la presentacion oportuna de los entregables finales del pozo al cliente. Revisar y evaluar el desarrollo y el progreso de la carrera de los ingenieros de campo. Ejecutar el programa integral de formacion de ingenieros de campo. Dirigir y motivar a los empleados para que trabajen lo mejor que puedan. Crear un ambiente de responsabilidad y delegar dentro del equipo para mejorar el rol de cada miembro del equipo. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos para verificar el funcionamiento adecuado de todos los equipos, ya sea en el taller o en el sitio de perforacion. Priorizar los programas de mantenimiento para garantizar la maxima utilizacion del equipo disponible. Mantener un historial preciso de ejecucion de herramientas y un historial de rendimiento de herramientas. Interactue con el personal de reparacion y mantenimiento y de campo para garantizar la maxima confiabilidad de la herramienta. Asegurar el cumplimiento total con todas las agencias gubernamentales. Preparar informe mensual sobre la actividad laboral actual, proyectos especiales, resumen de rendimiento de herramientas. Garantizar que el proceso de notificacion de incidentes de DD se comunique, comprenda e implemente. Ayudar con el analisis de fallas de herramientas, identificando las lecciones aprendidas e implementando el trabajo futuro con miras a la mejora continua y al aumento de la calidad del servicio. Comunicarse con regularidad y eficacia con la base de Clientes y asistir a las Reuniones de Clientes segun sea necesario. Mantener un conocimiento profundo de los planes de actividad del Cliente y las condiciones del mercado local para ayudar a pronosticar las tendencias de actividad y asistir en la preparacion de la estrategia y los planes comerciales. Asistir en la definicion de requisitos presupuestarios basados en los planes de actividad del cliente. Asistir en el reconocimiento de ingresos a traves del papeleo de campo apropiado y seguimiento de trabajos. Cumplir con los objetivos financieros del area de pais mediante la optimizacion de la utilizacion de equipos y personal, asi como la gestion del control de costes. Demostrar siempre un liderazgo eficaz en seguridad para mejorar el compromiso de la organizacion con el desempeno en seguridad y garantizar que se cumplan las politicas de calidad, salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.
Qualifications
+5 anos de experiencia en campo en operaciones de perforacion direccional. Conocimientos M-LWD, Motores de fondo, equipos rotatorios (RSS no excluyente) Excelentes relaciones interpersonales. Orientado al cliente. Trabajo en equipo. Ingenieria completa. Libreta de Mar. No Excluyente. Ingles intermedio preferente.
