Job Description

Tecnico de Mantenimiento A: Esta posición de nivel ha desarrollado un intercambio de experiencia para el mantenimiento de la máquina y las reparaciones del equipo de producción; instala, mantiene, repara sistemas hidráulicos, neumáticos, electrónicos, mecánicos en todos los equipos de producción y tiene la capacidad de trabajar independientemente en el desempeño de las reparaciones y el mantenimiento estándar.
  • A diario, recibe la orden de trabajo asignada para completar el equipo.
  • Realiza el cronograma de los PM e inspecciona visualmente, prueba las máquinas y el equipo asignados para que funcionen correctamente.
  • Requiere las piezas de pedido según sea necesario.
  • Realiza reparaciones en máquinas y / o equipos de producción cuando se detecta un mal funcionamiento.
  • Realiza la instalación de la máquinas / movimientos y la construcción de tareas de mantenimiento según sea necesario.
  • Ayuda a los trabajadores a diagnosticar fallas en la maquinaria y el equipo.
  • Desarrolla, coordinar y rastrear actividades de la lista de proyectos.
  • Asegura que se admita un alto nivel de seguridad en todo momento dentro y

fuera del piso de producción.
  • Todos los deberes deben se ser cubiertos por el tecnico de mantenimiento B y C.
  • Sigue la especificación de trabajo y la lista de tareas.
