Asegurar la implementación de la estrategia de expansión a través del monitoreo y/o control de los procesos que ayuden a la toma de decisiones ágiles.
Principales Responsabilidades:
Garantizar el alta y seguimiento de proyectos solicitados.
Implementación y monitoreo de indicadores clave para toma de decisiones.
Diseño, coordinación de automatizaciones a través de herramientas que permitan toma decisiones agiles.
Identificar, medir y dar seguimiento de los riesgos que impacten en el desempeño y/o alcance de objetivos.
Dar visibilidad y seguimiento del avance y cumplimiento de objetivos.
Participar en el proceso de planeación del programa de expansión e iniciativas de crecimiento.
Identificar necesidades y seguimiento de mejoras en procesos críticos.
Monitorear niveles de servicio, identificar puntos de dolor, dando seguimiento a propuestas de mejora
¿A quién buscamos?
Licenciatura Administrativa, Ingeniería o afín.
2 o más años de experiencia como Project Manager en proyectos inmobiliarios.
Office avanzado
Inglés Intermedio
