HR Data Analyst

Location: Łódź, Poland OR New Mexico, Mexico

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize analytical skills and business expertise to pinpoint root causes of issues and quantify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide timely insights and recommendations for various business lines.
  • Apply predictive models and segmentation techniques to enhance business performance analysis.
  • Perform data analysis, create presentations for stakeholders, and extract data from multiple sources.
  • Evaluate vendor effectiveness, suggest changes, and collaborate with product managers and analysts on analytical projects.
  • Present insights to executive leaders and drive strategic enhancements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Seeking candidates with education in Statistics, Business, Economics, MBA, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills, data manipulation expertise, familiarity with predictive models, and segmentation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
