Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics Lead to join our vibrant marketing team. The ideal candidate will drive the strategic direction of our marketing analytics function, providing insights to enhance our marketing strategies through data-driven decision-making. Understanding consumer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends is crucial to boost the effectiveness and ROI of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of Analytics Strategy: Define and execute a marketing analytics strategy that aligns with the company's business goals.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead the analysis of marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and derive actionable insights.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop a framework to track, report, and analyze KPIs and ROI for all marketing activities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to identify data integration opportunities and provide a comprehensive view of the customer journey.
  • Predictive Modeling and Advanced Analytics: Forecast marketing trends and customer behavior using predictive modeling techniques.
  • Data Visualization and Dashboarding: Create real-time dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Testing and Optimization: Design A/B testing procedures to improve campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and grow the marketing analytics team to foster excellence.

Qualifications

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field. Senior role experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics desirable).
  • Expertise in predictive modeling, A/B testing, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends in marketing analytics and measurement best practices.
