Morgan Philips Executive Search is looking for a Human Resources Director for one of its Consumer Product clients based in Mexico City.

Our client is a leading international mid-size company specializing in consumer products, committed to delivering high-quality goods to global markets.

Morgan Philips is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Director to lead our HR department.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to senior management, driving initiatives that support our organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.



  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we hire qualified candidates who align with our company culture and values.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.
  • Manage the HR budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Director or other senior HR executive role.
  • Experience in the consumer products industry or related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Indepth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field preferred.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
