**Ingeniero de Procesos**Objetivo: Es responsable de optimizar continuamente los procesos de producción de una manera sostenible a través del control estadístico de procesos, así como análisis de causa raíz, definiendo y haciendo cumplir los estándares operativos**Resumen de actividades**:- Analiza los procesos de producción existentes y desarrolla recomendaciones para cambios de métodos o secuencias de operación que reduzcan al mínimo los riesgos, los costos y el desperdicio de trabajo; aumenta los rendimientos y la productividad; mejora la calidad, así como la consistencia de los productos finales.- Es responsable de formar y entrenar a los operadores para cumplir con las normas y procedimientos establecidos.- Se asegura de cumplir con las especificaciones del producto, participa en el desarrollo nuevos procesos de producción, determinando los nuevos estándares, estimando los requerimientos de tiempo para cada paso.- Lidera el sistema de CIL, CL y es responsable del cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos, instrucciones de trabajo y especificaciones de operación soportados en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC).- Recabar información y análisis de pérdidas para dar soluciones y planes de acción.- Validación de información en piso.- Conocimiento en paros de línea.**Requisitos**:Escolaridad: Ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica, mecatrónica, automatización o electromecánica (indispensable)Idioma: inglés conversacional (indispensable)Experiência: de 1 año en adelante en puesto similarConocimientos: indispensable en estadística, entendimiento de variables y atributos, seguridad, calidad, manejo de procesos de producción, mejora continua (TPM, Kaizen, 5S, AMEF, SMED, etc) **.**Deseable conocimiento en mecánicaConocimiento en Excel, SAP y Power BI (Intermedio).Disponibilidad de horario.**Competencias**:Proactividad (aprendizaje, resolución de problemas, propositivo, con iniciativa)Enfoque a resultadosOrganización (administración de tareas, reporteo, informe.**What We Can Offer You**At Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual and empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.Collaborative and caring Work Environment | Empowerment | Job Impact | Work with a Powerful Purpose | Individual Learning and Development | Health & Safety | Social Responsibility | Innovation**Ofrecemos**:Contratación directaPrestaciones superioresZona de labores: Ecatepec de Morelos, Estado de México.**Application End Date**:**Job Requisition ID**:Essity******
