**About RoverPass**RoverPass is a leading online booking platform for RV parks, glamping sites, and campgrounds across the United States.Our mission is to simplify the reservation process for campers and campground owners, enhancing outdoor experiences through cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service.We provide seamless, efficient booking solutions that bring campers and outdoor accommodation providers closer together.**Position Overview**We are seeking a **Technical Project Manager / Operations Specialist** to coordinate projects and optimize our operational processes.You will be responsible for translating ideas and needs into documented, operational processes, ensuring that our platform and operations run smoothly and efficiently.In this role, you will integrate various software tools, manage and document processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to implement scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business and customers.Your ability to understand technology, find the best tools, and implement them effectively will be crucial to our success.**Key Responsibilities**- **Process Management**: Develop, document, and manage operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.- **Software Integration**: Identify, evaluate, and integrate software tools to optimize operations, such as payment processing (e.g., Stripe), notification systems, and customer management platforms.- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate projects across different departments, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.- **Communication Systems**: Set up notification systems to inform stakeholders about sales and other key metrics.- **Documentation**: Translate ideas and needs into clear, actionable documentation and operational plans.**Requirements**:- **Experience**: 3+ years in a Technical Project Management or Operations role with hands-on experience in software integration and process documentation.- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of web technologies and software tools, with the ability to integrate systems (e.g., payment processors, notification services).- **Problem-Solving**: Proven ability to design creative solutions for operational challenges using available tools and technologies.- **Documentation Skills**: Excellent ability to create clear, concise documentation from ideas and requirements.- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly.- **Detail-Oriented**: Highly organized with strong attention to detail.- **Self-Starter**: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, taking initiative to drive projects forward.- **Remote Work**: Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with a reliable home office setup.**Benefits**- Competitive salary in USD.- 100% remote work environment.- Opportunity to shape operational processes with significant impact.- Flexible work schedule.- 28 days of PTO per year.- Comprehensive sick days and maternity/paternity leave policies.
