**Vacante para la empresa ABCW Global en Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México**:¿Te gustaría ser parte del equipo?Nuestro Director de Social Media es el encargado de liderar las estrategias de contenido para clientes en LATAM y US.Si tienes experiência en una posición similar está vacante es para ti.**Requisitos**:- Graduado en Publicidad, Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación, Marketing o afín- Experiência de 5 años como líder en agencia de marketing, publicidad o afín- Conocimientos sólidos de todas las plataformas sociales.Entender algoritmos, narrativa y formatos de cada una de las redes sociales de forma orgánica y pagada.- Gran capacidad de gestión de proyectos, análisis de datos y creación de estrategias para clientes AAA.- Haber liderado equipos de mínimo 20 personas.- Inglés avanzado (indispensable)Funciones:- Liderar estrategias de contenido en redes sociales para clientes en LATAM y US (orgánico y pagado).- Supervisar a los 3 equipos punta en cada estrategia- Identificar de forma oportuna las tendencias de consumo y aplicarlas mediante la planificación en medios sociales.- Supervisar la calidad de las entregas (estrategia, creatividad y mensajes).- Analizar de forma constante datos internos y de clientes para mejorar procesos, estrategias y resultados.¿Qué ofrecemos?- Colaboración internacional- 100% home office- Crecimiento profesional- Remuneración competitivaHorario de Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 19:00 horas (Hora México)**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Alto Directivo**Función departamental**:Marketing / RRPP / Comunicación**Industria**:Marketing**Habilidades**:- RRSS- liderazgo- Trabajo en Equipo
