Experience sourcing at an executive level (e.g., niche talent, executive search firm, recruitment agency, or in-house corporate talent team). Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting information. Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications Experience leading projects and working in a fast‑paced organization. Excellent communication skills with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships. As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for proactively finding and engaging with exceptional candidates for a variety of Software Engineering roles. You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop targeted sourcing strategies to build a representative talent pool, helping build various teams. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies. Build relationships with potential candidates, creating a positive experience that reflects Google’s culture and values. Monitor market trends, industry developments, and landscapes to ensure sourcing strategies remain effective.
