**Overview**At PepsiCo, we're redefining what it means to be a consumer products company with a digital-first mindset, and our Global IT team is leading that charge.Our technology teams unlock digital capabilities, enhance cybersecurity safeguards, deliver data-driven insights, and create unmatched consumer and customer experiences.Our culture is guided by the PepsiCo Way, which is a set of values that define our mission to win with purpose in the marketplace and act with integrity in everything we do.We're creating smiles with every sip and every bite while advancing a sustainable, socially impactful agenda that promotes our goal of Winning with Purpose.The Global IT team supports just that with our mission to create more smiles with every CLICK and every LIKE.Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo's digital transformation**Responsibilities****What will you be doing?****Key-activities**:- Support the vision and guide a team of engineers to build and support digital products & solutions (DPS) across S&T core priorities- Partner with User Experience, Product Management, IT, Data & Analytics, Emerging Tech, Innovation, and Process Engineering teams to deliver the Digital Products portfolio- Support software development strategy utilizing industry standards.Create roadmap and timing of implementation of the roadmap based on business requirements and strategy.- Support expanding DPS capabilities through a customer obsessed, services-driven digital solutions platform that leverages data and AI to deliver automated and personalized experiences- Help problem solve delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to the engineering initiatives to the stakeholders- Interact with key business partners to recommend solutions that best meet the strategic needs of the business.**Qualifications****Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- Master's or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering preferred- Minimum of 1 years of relevant software development and engineering management experience- 1+ years of experience on architecting fault tolerant, high scale distributed systems- Commanding knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design- Working knowledge of programming languages beyond C#, Java, C or C++ (e.g., Ruby, Python, Perl)- Experience with Azure, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services and cloud specific PaaS and/or SaaS solutions- Experience with high throughput cloud native distributed systems- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React-Redux or other front-end frameworks**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs
