No Relocation Assistance Offered****** - Del.Alvaro Obregon, Mexico City, Mexico**Purpose of the Position**The CBS Talent Acquisition Administrator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers of the TA process in an effort to make a positive experience for all participants in the hiring process.Coordinators are responsible for assisting the CBS Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Specialist by effectively supporting the TA process through tasking which includes, but is not limited to, scheduling and logistics for interviews, forms and technology maintenance, and referral payout tracking**Principal Responsibilities**- Schedules logistics for external recruiting events- Confirms participant availability and schedules all phone screens, teleconference, and in-person interviews with all participantsSends interview schedule and directions or teleconference instructions to all participants- Distribute requisite tools / templates to support the evaluation process- Manage / maintain all process documentation (if applicable)Create job requisitions / job postings- Referral program validation and / payout tracking- Confirm start date and communicate day one logistics to new hires- Initiate onboarding checklist for Hiring Manager- Initiate onboarding checklist activities for provisioning (IT, Facilities, Security, Training, Compliance)- Initiate pre-employment checks with external vendor(s), monitor pre-hire due diligence timelines, and collect resultsReviews results of pre-employment due diligence testing- Arbitrates if there are issues flagged during the pre-employment process- Escalates any issues to appropriate decision makers**Basic Requirements**- At least one (1) year of Experience in HR functionsProficient in Computers and experience with Success factors will be desirable- Bachelor's degree- Proficiency in English- Portuguese is a strong plusEqual Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer products company, tightly focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition.Colgate sells its products in over 200 countries and territories around the world under such internationally recognized brand names as Colgate, Palmolive, elmex, Tom's of Maine, Sorriso, Speed Stick, Lady Speed Stick, Softsoap, Irish Spring, Protex, Sanex, Elta MD, PCA Skin, Ajax, Axion, Fabuloso, Soupline and Suavitel, as well as Hill's Science Diet and Hill's Prescription Diet.
