In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. You will do this by performing the following job responsibilities: Participate in the full lifecycle of an Operate project including, System enhancements, Support and Maintenance, in adherence to Service Level AgreementsConduct production support, software upgrades, and regular audits, to ensure compliance on the use of the UKG WFM applicationAct as technical liaison and subject matter expert with internal client organizations and peer technology partners on timekeeping and other workforce management applicationsCollaborate with the technical consultant and other project team members to ensure configuration of the functional specifications have been met – additional requirementsThe Team Our Human Capital practice is at the forefront of transforming the nature of work. Be part of this exciting era of change and join us on this transformative journey.Qualifications Required3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experienceCompletion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industryAdvanced English levelApplication support experience on UKG WFM Workforce Central, including corrective maintenance and bug fixing around Timesheet Data, Pay Calculations, Person and Functionality access, Wage Adjustments in the following modules:UKG WFM Time & Attendance: Pay policy building blocks, ESS, Access and Security, Navigators, Hyperfinds, Genies, Event Manager and Transaction AssistantUKG WFM Accruals: Accrual Profiles, policies, grants and limitsUKG WFM Activities: Work Orders, Productivity Tracking, Activity FormsUKG WFM Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling: Schedule planners, Labor and Volume ForecastingUKG WFM AnalyticsAt least 1 year of experience as a functional consultant with any other Time & Attendance management system will be consideredExperience in using ITSM tools like ServiceNowStrong analytical/problem-solving abilityExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work in teams and interact across all levelsAbility to deal with ambiguity and work pressureProficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint and VisioWillingness to travel internationally for extended duration of time (3 to 6 months)Experience in Workforce Dimensions is required.Business StructureTiles and Data viewsTime & AttendanceAccrualsAnalytics, Reporting and ActivitiesScheduling & Advanced SchedulingPreferredCoursework like Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Systems, Industrial, Software), Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Analytics or Data Science, Mathematics or Statistics, preferred.At least 1 year of experience in application support experience in technical aspects of UKG WFM including:UKG WFM WIM Interface Designer ToolCoordinating all facets of application upgradesDevice management (clocks, web, handheld etc.)SSRS and other SQL based reporting toolsSet Up Data ManagerITIL V3 Fundamental Certification is preferableExperience in Dell BoomiCertification in Dell BoomiPreferably candidates who have worked on integration of Dimensions using Dell BoomiUKG/Kronos Professional Certification (or Progress Toward Certification)Experience Supporting or Participating in Multi-Country UKG/Kronos ImplementationsExperience in Client-Facing Roles or Consulting EngagementsExposure to Change Management or Transformation ProjectsExperience Collaborating with Cross-Functional TeamsAssisted in Delivering Client Workshops or Training SessionsProficiency in SQL or Data Analysis ToolsOur people and cultureOur inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
