En Kapital estamos buscando a alguien como tú para unirte a nuestro equipo.Lo que harás:* Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener modelos analíticos avanzados que permitan detectar actividades sospechosas de lavado de dinero, financiamiento al terrorismo y otros delitos financieros. * Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de cumplimiento, auditoría y tecnología para fortalecer los sistemas de monitoreo transaccional, generar alertas efectivas y mejorar la eficiencia operativa del área de cumplimiento.Características de la vacante:* Zona de trabajo: Álvaro Obregón, Insurgentes Sur.* Modalidad: 100% presencial.Requisitos mínimos:Experiencia:* De 2 a 4 años en roles de ciencia de datos, analítica o similares.* Experiencia previa en instituciones financieras o fintech.* Conocimiento práctico de PLD/FT, KYC, y normativas regulatorias (CNBV, UIF, GAFI, etc.).Lo que buscamos en ti:* Dominio de lenguajes de programación como Python, R o SQL.* Experiencia con herramientas de visualización (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).* Conocimiento de plataformas de Big Data (Spark, Hadoop, etc.) es un plus.* Familiaridad con herramientas de monitoreo transaccional y motores de reglas.REQUISITOS
