Location: Mexico (Naucalpan, State of Mexico)About the Role:Are you passionate about people, culture, and operational excellence?We’re looking for a Human Resources Supervisor who will play a key role in driving efficient HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and strengthening employee engagement across the organization.This role has national scope and close collaboration with the LATAM HR regional team, offering the opportunity to influence HR strategy while staying hands-on with core processes such as payroll, recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.What You’ll Be DoingLead and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training processes aligned with corporate standards.Oversee payroll and compensation administration, ensuring compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and ISR.Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor and tax regulations and internal HR policies.Manage performance evaluations and talent development initiatives.Drive organizational culture, engagement, and internal communication initiatives.Support labor relations, handling employee incidents and fostering positive workplace relationships.Track and analyze HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, training hours) and propose improvements.Participate in HR budget planning and control.Promote digital transformation within HR to enhance efficiency and employee experience.Collaborate on regional LATAM HR projects and initiatives.The Role (Querétaro)We are hiring Bilingual HR Generalist for our Querétaro location. This role is a key administrative and strategic partner, responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting to terminations. You will be instrumental in ensuring the company adheres to Mexican Labor Law and IMSS regulations, as well as managing payroll data, HR reports, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and professional team player with a strong grasp of labor law and the ability to partner with management to drive company culture and initiatives.What You’ll DoCompliance & Administration: Act as the primary point of contact for HR administration, ensuring compliance with Mexican Labor Law (LFA) and IMSS regulations. You'll manage internal processes, policies, and procedures, while also handling administrative tasks like purchasing, permits, and payroll data entry.Talent Management: Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, new hire onboarding, training, and terminations. You will also be the main contact for employee relations, benefits administration, and compensation.Strategic & Cultural Support: Partner with the management team on strategic initiatives, attend management meetings, and provide legal advice to support key decisions.
