Reporte a Business Controller Su Rol y Responsabilidades (obligatorio) En este papel tendrá la oportunidad de actuar como socio de negocio al gerente de negocio pertinente y liderar equipos financieros locales para optimizar el rendimiento financiero dentro de una división o área de negocio asignada. Cada día apoyará decisiones de negocio efectivas mediante el monitoreo, análisis e interpretación de datos financieros para evaluar distintas alternativas de negocio, y recomendará las soluciones más apropiadas. Modelo de trabajo del puesto Este papel contribuye al negocio de Electrificación en Apodaca, Nuevo León. Responsabilidades principales Definir e implementar estándares globales y directrices específicas de negocio para garantizar la mejora continua en los procesos de control financiero dentro de su área de responsabilidad. Liderar, guiar y facilitar buenas prácticas, asegurando la alineación y consistencia de las prácticas de control. Garantizar una comunicación oportuna y eficiente con los clientes internos relevantes, identificando y discutiendo cuestiones para mejorar la operación, calidad del trabajo y eficiencia en su área. Garantizar la transparencia en los informes financieros y las divulgaciones. Cualificaciones (obligatorio) Licenciatura en Finanzas, Administración, Ingeniería, Contabilidad, Negocios o disciplinas afines, o un campo relacionado. Demostrar 10 años de experiencia en Finanzas como Business Controller en un entorno de fabricación Tipo Order (conocimiento en IMMEX). Conocimiento en ERP (SAP) FICO, ETO, Office, Power BI, liderazgo de equipos. Experiencia operativa en el mercado de distribución de energía. Conocimiento avanzado de Project Controlling y Business Partnering. Pasión por liderar el cambio y desafiar el status quo. Inglés avanzado necesario.
