LM362: Sourcing & Procurement Specialist Senior Join to apply for the LM362: Sourcing & Procurement Specialist Senior role at FedEx. Responsibilities Apply specialist knowledge in performing and reviewing processes and procedures across departments to support regional, divisional, and corporate goals. Participate or lead the design, development, and implementation of processes within the area of expertise. Provide specialist advice to employees, management, or customers; manage or maintain systems or processes; complete projects to develop or change systems or processes as appropriate. Support the sourcing of a multi‑million US dollar budget from current and new suppliers and develop the sourcing strategy for the managed categories. Ensure segregation of duties as per policy while performing tasks such as category management, competitive bidding, negotiation, supplier qualification and selection, industry analysis, and contract administration. Support initiatives to improve cost‑to‑serve and supply chain innovation, and work across the LATAM organization to implement corporate, international, or divisional sourcing and procurement initiatives. Provide updates on results and present business recommendations to upper management. Effectively manage relationships with suppliers and internal customers, ensuring strict compliance with corporate policies. Perform other duties as required.
