Formación Certificaciones en alguna de las aplicaciones de Oracle HCM altamente deseable. Vacante Oracle HCM SR - Inglés B2/C1 De 3 a 5 años en servicios de consultoría / implementación Experiencia de al menos 2 proyectos de implementación de Oracle HCM Experiencia Habilidades de comunicación, presentación y escritura media/avanzada Trabajo en equipo Capacidad de trabajar de forma híbrida Capacidad de adaptarse a entornos cambiantes (cambios de tecnología a implementar) Capacidades/conocimientos técnicos Capacidad de identificar y analizar requerimientos de negocio para transformarlos en especificaciones técnicas Dominio funcional de Oracle HCM en alguno de sus módulos (en los módulos de (Core, Ausencias, Compensaciones, Beneficios, Reclutamiento, Capacitación, Talento). Dominio técnico de la configuración de Oracle HCM en alguno de sus módulos Conocimiento de los procesos de extracción y carga de información de Oracle HCM. Experiencia práctica en SQL. Conocimiento de desarrollo de reportes en OTBI o BI Publisher Se ofrece Salario basado en experiencia Esquema 100% nómina. Prestaciones superiores a las de Ley Contratación inmediata. Un entorno laboral innovador y colaborativo. Modalidad: Hibrido / CDMX.
