Location: Merida, MexicoDepartment: Construction / Project ManagementType: Full-TimeSalary: $40,000 - $45,000 MXN (depends on the experience) Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of U.S.-based commercial construction projects. This role is focused on technical project execution, subcontractor coordination, and documentation management. You will work closely with senior Project Managers and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. This is a hands-on construction role ideal for an engineer with strong field understanding who wants to grow into a full Project Manager position. Key Responsibilities Support estimating and pre-construction activities Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with cost tracking Coordinate subcontractors and track project schedules Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Participate in constructability and coordination meetings Support QA/QC processes and safety initiatives Assist with change orders and progress reporting Help prepare close-out documentation and final records Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related construction field 3–8 years of experience in construction project execution Experience as Project Engineer or Assistant PM preferred Strong understanding of construction processes and field operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore (preferred) Ability to work independently and within a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to spend time supporting field coordination as needed English proficiency required Why Join Intangibles Talent? 5-day work week Legal benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, Aguinaldo, Prestaciones) Tools and training to support your growth Strong work-life balance culture Equal opportunity employer Intangibles Talent is an equal-opportunity employer.
