In this vital role, you will manage the full lifecycle of document handling, including data capture, physical information validation, secure storage, classification, digitization, and inventory control of files. You will be part of an operations team focused on technical accuracy and security, ensuring client assets are organized and protected to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesGestión Integral de Proyectos: Execute data processing including purge, validation, digitization, and accurate information capture to ensure database integrity.Manejo Físico y Logística de Archivo: Ensure physical retrieval and movement of boxes, proper stacking for secure storage, and use of the system to relocate materials (palmeo).Control de Productividad y Cumplimiento: Manage inventory flow and meet organizational standards by releasing and closing work orders to report daily productivity levels.QualificationsExperiencia: Six months of experience (desirable) in data capture, file handling, or system operation for database administration and physical operations.Conocimientos Técnicos: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Windows) and email (Gmail).Habilidades Comprobadas: Results-oriented attitude, emphasis on physical security, and ability to manage large inventories in an organized manner.Educación: High school diploma required.What We OfferCompensación: Gross monthly salary of $9,481.20 with total monthly benefits up to approximately $10,868.00, paid weekly through BANORTE.Prestaciones: 30 days of Christmas bonus (double legal minimum), monthly meal vouchers ($512.98), savings fund ($474.06), and punctuality bonus ($400).Bienestar y Futuro: Life insurance, savings fund, and profit sharing participation.Horario y Equilibrio: Fixed daytime schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.Desarrollo Profesional: Free access to Iron Mountain University, our internal ongoing training platform.Ubicación: Parque Industrial Toluca 2000, Toluca, Estado de México.How to Apply¿Listo para elevar su carrera con el líder mundial en gestión de información?
