La persona en este rol será el profesional encargado de diseñar, coordinar y gestionar todas las experiencias del huésped dentro del ecosistema Vidanta World. Su función principal es ofrecer un servicio personalizado, anticiparse a necesidades y asegurar que cada detalle del viaje esté perfectamente organizado.Funciones:Diseñar itinerarios completos a la medida de cada huésped.Coordinar hospedaje, espectáculos gastronomía, golf, atracciones y servicios especiales.Asegurar que todas las áreas internas estén alineadas para entregar una experiencia sin fricciones.Ofrecer recomendaciones expertas sobre actividades, eventos y experiencias exclusivas.Gestión de cambios, imprevistos o necesidades especiales de manera inmediata.Mantener comunicación clara, profesional y constante con el huésped.Generar valor, satisfacción y lealtad en cada interacción.Requisitos:Experiencia previa en planeación de viajes, turismo, hospitalidad o atención al cliente.Facilidad de palabra y negociación.Actitud positiva, excelente presentación y enfoque al cliente.Orientación al detalle y enfoque en el servicio al cliente.Capacidad para trabajar con múltiples solicitudes al mismo tiempo.Disponibilidad de horario.Beneficios:Prestaciones de ley y superiores.Atractivo esquema de comisiones.Bonos por productividad y cumplimiento de objetivos.Viajes a nuestros resorts.Capacitación contante en ventas y desarrollo profesional. #J-18808-Ljbffr
