Role Type & Location Full‑time, Independent Contractor – Latin America (remote), working Central Time business hours. About the Company Join a leading SaaS‑enabled information security consulting firm that has been protecting global enterprises for years. The company partners with Fortune 500 organisations to deliver cutting‑edge information security and information‑risk services, helping them reduce cyber threats, enhance resilience, and comply with complex regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Drive outbound prospecting campaigns targeting CISOs, CIOs, and Information Security leaders at enterprise accounts. Manage inbound leads, ensuring prompt, high‑quality qualification and follow‑up. Conduct detailed discovery to identify pain points, business needs, and readiness for security consulting solutions. Collaborate with marketing on event coordination, lead nurturing, and campaign support. Maintain accurate and organised data within CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce). Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline creation goals. Deliver a consultative, confident, and insightful communication style suitable for executive‑level prospects. Qualifications 3+ years of proven success as an SDR/BDR targeting US‑based enterprise accounts. 2+ years selling information security, cybersecurity, or IT consulting services. Fluent, professional English and Spanish (spoken and written). Based in LATAM, able to work Central Time business hours. Proficiency in modern sales tools: power dialers, sequencing software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Salesforce CRM. Experience handling both outbound prospecting and inbound qualification. Self‑starter with exceptional organisation, accountability, and time‑management skills. Nice‑to‑Have Experience in Mexico, Chile, Colombia, or Panama.
