Mexico.If you thrive in a dynamic environment where innovation and impact go hand in hand, this is the opportunity for you.Who You AreForward-thinking professional who values collaboration, innovation, and making a meaningful difference.Expertise in Logistics and Distribution knowledge.Eager to contribute to a team committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead and promote all safety initiatives from Tier 1, including Safety Walks, Observations, and Risk Assessments.Ensure integrity of company-owned transportation equipment and oversee drivers' compliance and safety.Design and implement standardized methods to ensure accurate receiving, transactions, and system records (PO, MOQ, LPN, etc.).Continuously update and develop warehouse procedures, submitting improvements and new processes for approval.Lead ongoing training programs and develop training strategies to maintain a skilled and knowledgeable warehouse team.Develop onboarding compliance strategies based on training matrices and monitor execution.Manage resource planning based on workload projections, presenting staffing proposals for approval.Optimize warehouse layout and material flow using DHR (Device History Record) to improve space utilization and traceability.Implement tools and processes to control inventory accuracy for inbound and outbound materials.Develop inventory management strategies for external warehouses to ensure optimal stock levels and uninterrupted material flow.Establish performance metrics to ensure asset integrity and manage CAPEX and repair projects.Strengthen cross-functional communication with planning and purchasing to minimize production line stoppages.Lead cost-saving and waste-reduction initiatives using Lean tools, operational standards, and workload balancing.Represent the warehouse team in Tier 1, 2, and 3 meetings, production reviews, monthly coordination meetings, and other applicable forums.Promote team integration through team-building events, cultural initiatives, and employee engagement activities.Passion for innovation and commitment to Breg's mission to keep moving forward.What You BringBachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field (required).5+ years of warehouse leadership experience with focus on receiving, picking, shipping, cycle counting, and logistics.Supervision and leadership skills.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.Strong expertise in occupational health and safety standards.Excellent project management skills.Collaborative team player, able to work across multiple organizational levels.Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.Master's degree or equivalent advanced education (preferred).Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies (highly desired).Forklift operation knowledge and certification (preferred).BenefitsAt Breg, we invest in our people and culture:Comprehensive Benefits: Medical and life insurance, effective from your start date.Above-Legal Benefits: We provide more than the legal requirements to support our team.Work-Life Balance: Reduced hours on Fridays and U.S. holidays.Growth & Development: Opportunities for professional advancement within a company that values your contributions.Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: Breg is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.Equal OpportunityBreg is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and dedicated to a diverse workforce and drug-free work environment.EOE / Minorities / Females / Veterans / Disabled are encouraged to apply.#J-*****-Ljbffr
