Descripción Worldwide Recruitment HospitalityWorldwide Recruitment Hospitality es una empresa de The Worldwide Group, especializada en identificar y reclutar talento mexicano para colocarlo en oportunidades profesionales dentro de la industria de la hospitalidad en Estados Unidos. Trabajamos con hoteles y resorts de alto nivel, ofreciendo procesos de selección confiables, ágiles y orientados a las necesidades de nuestros clientes y candidatos. Responsabilidades Buscamos a un Recruiter 360º que pueda: Llevar a cabo procesos completos de reclutamiento 360º para programas de hospitalidad en Estados Unidos, desde la atracción y evaluación hasta el cierre y seguimiento del candidato. Identificar, entrevistar y seleccionar talento mexicano con experiencia en hotelería para posiciones operativas y administrativas en hoteles y resorts en USA. Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones comerciales con hoteles, resorts y empresas de hospitalidad en Estados Unidos, identificando nuevas oportunidades de colaboración y ampliación de vacantes. Gestionar en inglés (nivel avanzado/nativo) entrevistas, filtros, videollamadas y comunicación continua con candidatos y hoteles asociados. Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos y hoteles en Estados Unidos para comprender perfiles, necesidades y requisitos específicos de cada posición. Administrar bases de datos de candidatos, mantener registros actualizados en el ATS y dar seguimiento puntual a cada proceso. Acompañar al candidato en todas las etapas del proceso, asegurando una experiencia clara, profesional y alineada a los estándares de The Worldwide Group. Elaborar reportes de avance, métricas y resultados semanales del área de reclutamiento USA. Representar a la empresa en eventos, sesiones informativas y actividades de atracción de talento en CDMX y otras ciudades cercanas. Contribuir al desarrollo de estrategias de reclutamiento para ampliar la base de talento y optimizar tiempos de colocación en programas de USA. Requisitos Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en reclutamiento dentro del sector hotelero (hospitality). Haber trabajado anteriormente en hoteles, preferentemente en áreas de Recursos Humanos, Atracción de Talento o posiciones relacionadas con reclutamiento operativo/administrativo. Inglés avanzado o nativo. Residencia en CDMX o alrededores. Conocimiento y manejo sólido de procesos de reclutamiento 360º. Experiencia o noción de desarrollo de negocio, incluyendo la identificación de nuevas oportunidades con hoteles, gestión de relaciones comerciales y seguimiento a alianzas existentes. Capacidad para trabajar bajo objetivos, manejar múltiples vacantes simultáneamente y adaptarse a un entorno de ritmo acelerado. Manejo de ATS, herramientas de reclutamiento, LinkedIn Recruiter y otras plataformas de sourcing (deseable). Habilidad para interactuar con perfiles operativos y gerenciales dentro del sector hotelero. #J-18808-Ljbffr
