**Overview of the position**:As part of the sales process, the correct execution in demand generation events will be essential to ensure compliance with the objectives set, in the same way, providing initiatives and planning activities that differentiate us from the competition, will manage to effectively position the various products in the Siemens portfolio.**Main activities**:- Compilation and market research to learn about the competition, activities, habits, and trends of consumers, thus supporting the company's sales processes.- Generation and maintenance of internal databases to promote campaigns.- Ensure the correct execution of campaigns and demand generation activities such as Webinars, workshops, interviews, series, launches, etc...(Channels, Portfolio)- Develop creative and innovative initiatives that promote the various products in the portfolio and allow target customers to be reached through the appropriate channels.- Generation of content for diffusion in social networks.(Promotional videos, writings, news, etc...)- Dissemination of surveys to find out the market's response to a product, campaign, or portfolio.- Manage and coordinate local social networks to ensure the dissemination of content.- Preparation of monthly reports on KPI and presentation of analysis against general objectives.- Collaborate and ensure the correct execution of marketing plans (Channels)- Supervision and alignment of corporate image in public places.(Channels)**Required skills**- Interpersonal, oral and written communication.- Initiative and drive.- Good management and conflict resolution.- Strategic thinking.- Ability to adapt to change.- High focus on continuous improvement.- Advanced command of the English language.- Discipline and good time management- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, advertising, or any profession related to digital marketing.- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and execution of demand generation campaigns.- Specific Knowledge: Advanced level of Excel (Macros, databases, graphs, dynamic tables), skills and measurement tools (Semrush, Seranking, Webceo, etc), use of CRM (Salesforce, etc) and knowledge in software for creating of content (Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, Camtasia, Doodly, etc )We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.LI-AL1LI-PLMDISWLI-HYBRID
